Fiona Childe, Ph.D., P.Geo.
Dr. Fiona Childe has been appointed an advisor to the Company to assist with corporate development and financing activities. Dr. Childe is a Mining Industry Consultant with extensive international experience and has worked for both mid-tier and junior exploration and mining companies. She recently consulted to Mineros S.A. through its successful IPO on the TSX and previously served as Vice President, Corporate Communications at Tau Capital Corp. through the $495M acquisition of AfriOre Limited by Lonmin plc. She holds a Ph.D. in Geology from the Mineral Deposit Research Unit at the University of British Colombia and is a Professional Geoscientist with Professional Geoscientists Ontario (PGO).
Luis Arteaga, M.Sc., P.Geo.
Mr. Luis Arteaga, a seasoned explorationist and porphyry copper specialist, is an advisor to the Company on technical exploration issues relating to our property portfolio in Armenia. Mr. Artega has visited the Company’s projects and has written several reports on the geochemistry, alteration and prospectivity that are instrumental in drill targeting. He holds a M.Sc. in Geology from Laurentian University is a Professional Geoscientist with Professional Geoscientists Ontario (PGO).
Joel Sutherland CPA CFA
Mr. Joel Sutherland has two decades of Wall Street experience, including working at Bank of America Merrill Lynch as both an Equities Securities Analyst and later in an Institutional Sales role. He is currently the Vice President of Corporate Development and Investor Relations with TSXV-listed Prostar Holdings Inc., a precision mapping solutions company. Mr. Sutherland has agreed to act as an advisor to Fremont on corporate market and finance matters.
