Jason Libenson

Jason Libenson is President of Castlewood Capital Corporation, an independent investment bank. Mr. Libenson has extensive experience raising capital through different investment vehicles such as mutual funds, hedge funds and flow-through funds. He has also served as an independent director of various public companies and brings a valuable perspective being in the center of the Toronto junior resource market scene. Mr. Libenson holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Concordia University and resides in Toronto.
